Tiny Tuesday - Textures

Toto had an early groomers appointment so after I dropped him off I had a walk on my own down a few streets that I never go down.

Found this lovely illyarrie (erythrocytes) eucalypt tree and although I took shots of the lovely blossoms on the tree (see extra) because there were so many fallen flowers I picked up a handful of those and had a play with them and the macro when I got back to work.

I'm sure this looks like a crazy emu or ostrich ;o)) having a bad hair day, it made me laugh and there are even some complimentary textures which made it perfect for the challenge!
