We'll gather lilac......

Warm and sunny with a slight breeze.

We had a lovely walk this afternoon discovering streets and places we had not seen before, walking back home along the prom.   Still plenty of people about enjoying the sunshine, the beach and having lunch and drinks.

Overhanging a wall, we smelled the fragrance of this flower before we came upon it - so strong and sweet.   It is a Texas Mountain Laurel (Sophora secundiflora).   I have not come across one before but it had grown huge.
