Bins

Not too long ago, maybe even still, zoom binoculars were the pariah of the optical fraternity. Poor image quality, dim, hard to focus properly, hard to hold still, and that's just the positives. So when I saw these Minolta 7x-15x 35 zoom bins I wasn't expecting much. HOW WRONG CAN YOU BE! These give a bright and pin sharp image across the zoom range, they are comfortable and easy to hold steady, a revelation. The condition was excellent too, so I couldn't resist them at the £12.50 asking price.
I've taken them on several birdwatching trips and used them for some casual astronomy; well impressed!
