Tantallon

A day of work in the office sorting out some materials for a conference in April and finalizing an essay for the OU - 5th assignment should be uploaded this evening if our ultra-slow internet plays ball. 

Popped down to a deserted beach for a breath of fresh air before tea - nothing spectacular but you never tire of the view - oh and the navigation buoy is back in the correct position again. 

Did get to the gym at lunchtime and managed a 20 min slog on the elliptical trainer - I hope to get back to running shortly.
