Late Afternoon Lyme Regis

First thing I went to a "Body Conditioning" class (could have done with a day class, not just an hour, I know!) Our normal instructor was off sick, so instead we had a lady who used to be a fitness instructor in the army. I now ache............
I then had a most productive day today, DG-wise. 
I have made a wholemeal loaf, some raspberry jam (using frozen fruit) and a Victoria sponge, which I will sandwich together using some of the raspberry jam. 
Late this afternoon we went into Lyme Regis and walked for almost 2 hours in the gorgeous sunshine. I rather liked the blues of the sea and sky against the yellow lichen on the sea wall.
