Calm among the storm

A morning in the school I've been assigned to supporting a young child who just happens to need signing support.

We had lots of nice little chats today and the class have claimed me as their own. I'm not sure which part of the day was my best part: whether it was when my little one identified things correctly from fingerspelling, the maths we did or the fact I got a hug from another child in the class who has autism.

Lots of excitement for one day!
