The Peacock of Princes Square

We had a day out in Glasgow today, travelling from Perth by Megabus on a miserable grey and rainy day which was such a contrast from the sunshine of yesterday.  

This peacock sculpture caught my eye as we ambled down Buchanan Street towards the Grand Central Hotel, where an Afternoon Tea awaited and very nice it was too.

Enjoyed a browse round the shops, looking at things we might buy for the new house, but we didn't part with any cash yet - not until the deed is done:-)
