Thwarted By Cows

We had a little walk along the canal, and attempted to follow a path through a field but when we got to the gate, there were several young cows the other side that just did not want to move. They seemed quite friendly - one started licking the other half - but they took exception to Jasper, and seeing as how we nearly got trampled by cows earlier in the year I put my foot down and said I wasn't going any further, so we turned round and went back the way we came. This was the view when we got back to the canal, slightly processed to bring out the colours.
