Like a Mango

This fella is a Sun Conure. The orange feathers on his face and stomach remind me of a ripe mango. Conures are related to parrots, and love to make mischief. They love to be around people and are really playful and cuddly.

So to start, I highly recomend yoga to anyone who is reading this. I probably wouldn't have made it through the day without a quick yoga session and meditation. It helps keep you relaxed and fit, and just feels really great.
Also, I realized I'm addicted to berries. Blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, bananas (yes! those are berries also!)...I sat down with a pint of blueberries after school and realized I'd devoured all of it in about 5 minutes. Yeesh!
We went grocery shopping yesterday, it feels good to open the fridge and have a bunch of food popping out at you.
The rest of today will be spent with the boy, I think we're going to have a sit-in movie night.
