Club Row

these cottages are on the road through the village of Chipping in the Forest of Bowland and are typical of the properties in the area. the village used to be a mecca for artists and students as the village is hilly with some houses following the contours of the land and others not - hence making it difficult to get perspective and yet retain a good image. these cottages were skimmed until their renovation and it is now obvious that the end cottage is an add-on! they were all given bright red doors which made them quite attractive. they have tiny back gardens and one of them hosted a music festival until recently.
