Under the bridge - Piano

Another of the Cambridge Street Pianos.

This one is a little out of the town centre under a huge dual carriageway and next to the Cam. The chap playing it was very, very good. We had a chat, he's played a few of the other ones but likes this one best so far as it is sheltered and has excellent acoustics due to the massive concrete bridge. I told him to go and play this one. As it is also undercover and being under a massive curve should also sound great. Whilst I was there a chap came up on his bike who was spending the afternoon cycling round taking pictures of them all it made my daily efforts look a little lame! It was, for a moment, quiet sociable. It seems they are making a pretty big impression on the good people of Cambridge.
