Hail The Wolds

With the forecast for the day to get worse we went up on to the Wolds in search of some drier going! Setting off just outside Huggate  and followed Hawold Bridle Road ( a grassed track part of the Minster  Way ) and on to a section of the Wolds Way then some road work back to Huggate Village and the car.
The view above is from the Minster Way  looking into Keasey Dale  which leads into Saintofts Dale. I love the form of the Wolds but they are very difficult to express on camera! It was a day of a fresh wind, some Sun, some cloud and a smattering of Hail to keep us on the move :o)
