Back when I used to be in a photographic club using lots of expensive film I splashed out and bought a ring flash. For several years now, it and several pre-digital cameras have been collecting dust on a shelf. My earlier digitals wouldn't take external flash but my latest, bought mainly because of renewed enthusiasm sparked by blip, will. The really good news is that the ring flash actually fits the lens. Now I've just got to remember how to use it.
