Rainbows...

on my wall. Had to take the day off work, my breathing is still not good. Every time I speak more than a few words I have a choking fit and my asthma makes it really hard for me to catch my breath. I would be as much use as an ashtray on a moterbike at work. Went to the Dr to make sure everything was ok as my breathing was not getting any better. He said to do what I've been doing and double up on one of my inhalers, my lungs are clear which is good news. I just have to take it easy
