Wide Angle Wednesday - Countryside

I knew I was going to get a photo from the former Road to Nowhere for today's wide angle Wednesday challenge, it was just a matter of what that photo would be. I tried for shots of the palm plantations south of town, but the light was not great when my wife and I took the drive from La Ropa up over the hill. When I saw this scene, which I had shot less than a year ago at a much greener time, I knew it would fit the bill perfectly.
