Back to front

Grim day. Back to back meetings, some of which were highly charged and/or where I felt on the wrong foot. Any one of the issues could easily have taken up a good chunk of time on its own....
Didn’t stop for a minute, then met up with CK for quick dinner and theatre. We were seated on the stage for it, on green benches as if in the House of Commons - in a political play about the Tory and Labour whips’ offices during the 1970s. Cleverly done and quite enjoyed it although my head wasn’t fully in the moment.
Didn’t think it could get much worse but then home to another issue bursting through the email, before I had to start a pile of shortlisting ....
