Sod's law

We decided to take a rare weekend away and the weather forecast is diabolical. On our way to Toulouse it rained so hard we had to pull over and wait for it to slow down enough to be able to see the road.

But now we're here. Our room at the Hotel Grand Balcon is lovely and we are right on the Capitole, Toulouse's main square.

We're just off to dinner at the 2 Michelin starred restaurant Michel Sarran. Yes, we're celebrating. What? Being alive!
