Golden Postbox in Golden Square

A Gold medal post box commemorating the success of Neil Fachie and Barney Storey in the 1km time trial at the Paralympics. Rather appropriately, this one is in Aberdeen's Golden Square. Neil Fachie is from Aberdeen and is a member of the Ythan Cycling Club. In addition to a post box, Neil and Barney also got a special commemorative stamp. Barney's wife is none other than Sarah Storey who won 4 cycling gold medals at the London 2012 Paralympics.
