In fact they have gained a friend competitor! There were three swans by the time we got there this morning - several very entertaining scraps were had between what I assume to be the two males. A lot of squawking and flapping of wings in the middle of the water! I’m not sure how long it will be before the younger one decides to set off for pastures new!
