Wet!!

Sussex is soaked again! A quick trip out this afternoon involved driving through huge puddles right across the road. At one point an impromptu waterfall was cascading onto the road from a nearby field ....and all the ditches were full to overflowing.
This poor little Wood anemone Anemone nemorosa was closed and dripping wet, I felt quite sorry for it - and it was freezing cold too!
When will we get some decent spring weather I wonder???
