Who Knows?

Capricious, eh? Well - having no idea what to make of that, I snapped a "slow shutter" iPhone photo of the street as I was walking to my car this afternoon in downtown Charlottesville. And then - because, why not? - I put today's squirrel on top of it. There are usually squirrels on that section of the street, but not today - so clearly one needed to be added.

It all seems rather capricious to me.
