A walk in the forest...

on a visit to my sister was enlivened by the arrival of the Kent Air Ambulance, there to rescue an injured cyclist in Bedgebury, a beautiful area of woodland run by the Forestry Commission. It's popular with cyclists who are known to career along the forest tracks at high speed.
