The weather was terrible again, but we needed to check out of our Airbnb. After eating as much as possible for breakfast to avoid carrying anything, we set off in search of things to do inside.
The aquarium was good at keeping us dry for a couple of hours. We particularly liked the octopus and the ginormous sea turtle.
We met Piero at his office and went for lunch in Foodilic, an all you can eat for £6.95 situation - mainly veggie and entirely delicious.
In the afternoon we took shelter in the museum, but we had accidentally timed our arrival to coincide with a group of about 80 French teenagers who were SO loud and excitable.
Back to Cafe Coho, our brunch spot from the day before, because G had fallen in love with the look of their pecan pie and he had to have some. I think it met expectations.
Back to Bristol in the evening, we managed to get a direct train which made it much easier (but a lot more tempting to nap the whole way).
