Civic Hall window

Looking out across Tay Street through a window in the Civic Hall, Perth. I went in to look at the Silver Alchemy Collective exhibition there. They are a group of three photographers using analogue photography (wet plates, pinhole cameras, etc.). The exhibition is on until Saturday.

It raised an interesting question for me. Does the way in which an image is produced, and the effort required, give the result more value? For these three, clearly it does. Something to explore, perhaps.
