New back door with first snow

The salvaged oak door from the job at Shenval Farmhouse has been sanded and oiled. The opening had to be altered to accommodate it, but it looks great!

The first snow of the season arrived today. We got stuck on the brae after returning from Aviemore. I managed to 'persuade' the car up the last few metres after Louisa and the kids got out to walk home. I am fitting the snow tyres tomorrow!!
