Say 'Cheese'!

It feels as if we have eaten our body-weight in cheese since arriving in the Netherlands - there is so much choice - young cheese, old cheese, hard cheese, soft cheese, peppercorn cheese, cumin cheese, pesto cheese...the list goes on.  Today we were in this shop which sold Coconut Cheese - it was actually rather nice.
