Tarte Au Citron

We spent a lovely evening with H and S to celebrate S's recent moderately significant Birthday (but still way younger than us!).  Dinner was as gourmet as ever and the piece de resistance  was H's desert - Tarte Au Citron, presented beautifully and tasting divine. 

I've been watching MasterChef of late for ideas to compete with a  return gourmet meal to wow them with - ha, ha??!
