The Old woman of Coniston

Today Mr H , Reggie and I walked the old man of Coniston. The weather was OK but underfoot it was grim. Either very slippy mud or ice and snow. However we did it. 10.8 miles and a climb of 2314 feet. I did feel a bit of an old woman by the time we finished.
Sadly the view from the top was not brilliant as the cloud was very low, but this is Goats Tarn on the way up. The light was beautiful at that moment.
