Caltrain

It was back to work today! I ended up in San Francisco. Our trips are almost all 3-day trips with just one day in the US but occasionally we get an extra day. This was one of those trips, so there was time to go visit some friends who live an hour or so south of San Francisco. I had to take 2 different Bart trains and then a connection to the Caltrain that goes all the way down to San Jose. It’s a bit fiddly but totally worth it to be able to see friends on my layover. It’s been 6 years or so since I’ve seen these friends so it was a happy reunion!
