Good Friday

Had a much needed lie-in today, then got up and pottered about until it was time to watch the first match of the veritable feast of Rugby League that is on TV over Easter. The first round tends to feature Derby games between local, fierce rivals, which of course makes for some hard fought contests!

So as the blip shows, it is feet up, Minstrel on lap and rugby on TV!

I had to go to work before the end of the second match featuring my team, Wigan Warriors and their local rivals St. Helens. I couldn't wait to come home and watch the rest of it! It was a very good match but unfortunately Wigan lost. Only just! And we will have revenge next time, or when it really counts, like the Play-Offs, or a major final!
