Reiki

Gave some Reiki to my eldest Yorkie, Holly (11) as she has breast tumours. Tests show them to be benign but they should be removed anyway in case they turn nasty. I've been putting off making the appointment all month as I'm undecided - the vet thinks it should be done, but my friend's sister, a holistic vet, thinks such things are best left to nature to decide, especially with an older animal. Holly's son Buster died last year aged just 5 after a very short but devastating illness, and Reiki eased his passing, but I'm not ready to lose another dog yet if I can help it. She's not suffering at all just now, so it's a tough decision.
