Ladybird
I used to love photographing ladybirds in my garden in New Zealand. Since moving to Australia, four years ago, I haven't seen much by way of cute bugs in the garden. Lots of spiders, flies and ants, but very little fauna which I like to get up close to!
So, I was delighted when Little Miss found this cutie in the front garden. Twinned with my beautiful sunflowers, it made for a great blip subject. I then popped it on the hydrangea plant near where Little Miss found it.
A quiet day today. Packing for our camping trip tomorrow and relaxing before going to the Easter vigil mass around 10 pm tonight. It's a late one; we get home around 2 in the morning, so lots of chilling and reading is in order today.
