The end of daylight saving

I'm always sad to see the end of daylight saving. On the upside the morning's will be lighter.

It was nice to see the warm glow of a glorious sunrise in my room to get me out of bed for a photo and a run. The latter felt hard even after yesterday's restful day.

Today's gratitude: Dad has had a reasonable day and that is something to be grateful for.
