Pavlova

You may remember a couple of days ago I photographed egg shells as I was making some meringue. It was for a pavlova for the birthday cake of the Head Gardener. He was exceedingly pleased with it, and there is very little left now.

Had a fab bright and sunny day, but cold. Lots of other places it seems had snow.
