A Mini Diary

Mummy and I were at the local cemetry today to tidy up the family headstones. I was interested to find out what the pile of headstones at the bottom of the hill were. Mummy was telling me that all of these stones were moved from the graveyard near Gran’s house when the Gaelic Church was converted into flats. I thought it was sad that they were not looked after, but interesting to try and read the inscriptions and see where people had come from. One man had come all the way from Pictou in Canada.
