Back home

Got up stupidly early (ok, 7:15, but that's early on holiday!), got packed up and left our beautiful holiday house. Said goodbye to my cousin and drove my Mum back to Kent. Saw my brother there for a couple of hours, which was lovely, then headed back to London and back home to Tim, who I've missed so much!

Autumn seems to have dumped itself all over the grounds of the flats where we live. The beautiful Japanese Maple tree outside our window has started to turn red, and this is one of its leaves that's landed in our window box, amongst the lavender.

It's good to be home :)
