Return to Ford

This time the (native) daffodils are coming out in the churchyard, although the ones in the surrounding grounds are barely opening, being less sheltered.
Snow still covers Cheviot and its surrounding hills, and was probably added to today!
Ford is a "model" village, attached to Ford Castle, and is in the ownership of the Joicey family. Ford Castle is mediaeval, with Victorian restoration, and caters for groups of young people. Extras of the view, the daffs, Ford Castle, the grave of Lady Waterford (who decorated the village hall with amazing biblical murals), and Ford village itself.
