A quick trip out

C has spent the day preparing for our visitors who are descending on us tomorrow for lunch. I popped out for some last minute items and stopped here very quickly for a quick shot.

Shoulder still giving me a lot of grief, but today I have bought some warming pain relief patches which could work - I will try anything at the moment.

Another mainly wet day & colder this afternoon
