Red Oak Leaf

Usually oak leaves around here turn a dull brown. This year, we have bronze, red, golden, and all of them are very shiny and rich. A good year. I went for a walk today, and just reveled in the bird sounds, the smells and the golden light. I just love this time of year, or haven't I said that already.
