He stood up as I was taking the photograph, but I was trying to capture a rare occurrence. ZQ got up before 8am on a Saturday!!!! to do ParkRun with GravyC!
No Pb for ZQ today, but top marks for going. GravyC is maintaining his performance against age graded adjustments for time.

Noo came with me while I had my hair cut, and I managed to slip out for a run this afternoon. I managed 5k at my previous marathon pace- nothing to shout about in 5k terms. I think I am declining more quickly than GravyC :(
