Olden

I went for a big(gish) swim on a Saturday afternoon, it was just like the olden days (albeit somewhat slower for 80 lengths than in those aforementioned 'olden days'). And then a movie - Isle Of Dogs (really liked it). In between I nipped to Evans and bought a new water bottle to take on my holidays so that my road bike hire experience as I cycle around the lava fields of Lanzarote can be as near perfect as is humanly possible. Off on Monday, to say I'm looking forward to it may be summat of an understatement. Which reminds me, still not emailed Roy at the bike place in Playa Blanca with my spec - Merida or Dolan this year?
