And so it begins!

Normally it takes a few weeks before I have strange and random plants in the plot but this one was here when I went down for the first time this season. It could be left over from last year like the stray onion I also found or something that the birds have helped drop. It felt great to be back and getting my hands dirty (well my nice new gloves anyway!). I wasn't sure if Id get down today as there were a few hailstones in the morning but thankfully the sun did come out.
