Packed town

Late start and a very drizzly day. MrH drove to town and some purchases were made at the local farmers market

Town was so busy cos of the holidays and it was a challenge to find somewhere to get lunch. Eventually settled on a chain where the wait for food was an hour!

Went to a local bakery to buy some Easter treats and an old man came in to complain about homeless people sleeping outside in the doorway at night. The girl behind the counter said she’d mention it to her boss but I think all of the customers were somewhat flabbergasted at the point he was trying to make - something along the line of homeless people in the doorway at night affected his opinion of the quality of the bakery . . .
