Spring/winter and Happy Easter

Spring/winter is an extra season in mid- and northern Sweden and for many it is their favourite season.  It is the part of the year when there is still cold snow and the ice is still stable but when the sun is warm. The air is fresh and clear.  This is exactly the weather we are enjoying at the moment, on Easter Saturday.
This view is across the lake to the houses on the far side. We are standing on the  frozen lake, in the snow scooter tracks that cross the lake. The extra shows some of our neighbours, enjoying a barbecue on the ice.
