Still life

Todays blip is of a still life we were doing at my art class this evening. I thought I'd take a few pics of it so that I can potter around and have a go at home.

It was first class back after christmas (I had to miss a few cos I wasn't too well and decided to stay up north with my folks for a month) tonight and I was a bit nervous, but I shouldn't have been because it was just as much fun as it always it :o) We got to mess about with oils and it was just really enjoyable.

The tutor, Emma, is really great and most encouraging, she knows that I have M.E. and always gets me something to sit on - but doesn't make a big deal out of it in front of the rest of the class which is really cool.

I think I finally managed to sort out our council tax problems today too - hurrah! Fingers crossed. So I'm feeling like I've been quite productive :o) Lets not dwell on the lying around for most of the day and falling asleep during Poirot and missing who did it!
