Happy Easter

Not so sunny today but it didn’t seem to deter the hanami picnickers. The woofer and I kept walking, preferring coffee and a croissant at our favourite spot. The rest of the day was taken up with coursework which has been neglected during the Sister’s visit.

The completion of not one but TWO units was celebrated with a longer woofer walk and then I tried out the recipes left by the Sister. Welsh cakes turned out pretty well. The date and walnut cake is still cooling ;)
