Spin Class - new heart rate monitor

Dragged my sister & hubby to the newest and latest spin class in a franchised studio that started in my hometown. It was loud, dark, intense and very motivating. Unfortunately we couldnt convince our 2 brothers to join us. We had fun then had a nice lunch visiting my God-parents followed by a big, beautiful family dinner at a great restaurant in Kelowna called Basil&Mint. There were 14 of us altogether. Our eldest son arrived from Vancouver just as we sat down....so good to see him. I havent seen him since last July, far too long! It was a fabulous, good for the soul day - love this family!
