Sewing wise!!!

Not weather wise as it was soooo cold.

I spent the afternoon working on the top of this quilt. The strips are part of a ‘jelly roll’ which I bought to make this quilt, but it had strips of fabric which are unsuitable for a child’s quilt. (In extras)

I bought some pale cream fabric to add to the strips and insert into the middle. The small lengths of patterned material have been used to make the Dresden Plates for the centre section.

I haven’t got the backing or binding material yet, will see what looks right when the top is complete.
