Paula's Cookies

Dr. Paula is Hopz' mum. She bakes cookies. Not just any cookies: magical cookies, which just happen to be oats based and gluten-free. She doesn't give out the recipe to anyone, and can bake them "in her sleep". She baked 400 once, as wedding favors for her daughter's wedding.

The have a dash of peanut butter, M&M candies (in season-appropriate colors) chocolate chips, and raisins.

I have been a very fortunate recipient of few ziploc bag's full of Paula's cookies. Lucky me!!!

Thank goodness I don't have the recipe, or I would have been very fat, indeed. Lucky me.
