The Spirit of Scotland...

An interesting statue on our walk round Loudoun Hill, an area of great historical and scenic interest. The road dates back to Roman times and Robert the Bruce fought here in 1307. Happily it was all very peaceful today... It was cold but the sun shone and Spring is in the air!
